If pop-punk is your thing, then you definitely can’t go wrong with this group of guys. Riot Kidz have been around since 2011 and have been slowly and organically growing into their sound. Reminiscent of all the great pop-punk from the ’90s, Riot Kidz have all the right elements to hit you with a wave of nostalgia that will have you jumping on your skateboard to go out and perfect your kickflip. With a handful of singles, an EP, and a full-length album under their belt, I truly feel like they are a band you should not miss seeing at Zandari Festa this year.

We’d love to get an introduction to your sound. How would you describe your style of music?
Our music is like watching Pixar movies! This is because we try to put the feelings you get from old memories into our music, kind of like how you feel when you watch Pixar films.
What does being invited to play at Zandari Festa 2017 mean to you?
We’re really excited to be playing again. We’ve already participated in Zandari Festa twice before. We think the format of a festival like this is pretty awesome for both musicians and audiences since it’s really easy to access all the venues and therefore to catch lots of different bands.
What is the best part of Zandari Festa for you?
We love how easy it is to see lots of great bands. We also like that the showcases have longer set times than typical club shows, so we can share more songs with the people who come to see us.
Who do you want to see play at Zandari Festa this year?
There are too many bands to list. This year’s lineup is really strong!
What can people at Zandari Festa expect from your performance?
Whatever people are expecting, our performance will be more than that.
